Help wit Gaggia anima

I was descaling my Gaggia Anima for the first time and couldn't get the machine to begin the cycle. The Service rep walked me through the process and it turned out it was a minor problem (operator error). Very polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

User's recommendation: When you encounter a problem, first use the book to try to solve yourself, but don't hesitate to call Whole Latte of Love.

Wow, good luck repairing a lemon machine and grinder

We are very simple people. We like good coffee.

We bought a good machine and grinder from WLL, which had problems from day 1. Of course we purchased a full 4-year warranty as well. We emailed Whole Latte Love about our issues, and got back a reply with a link to a youtube video on how to fix it. I purcheased a full warranty so I won't have to deal with these kind of things.

I emailed back saying that it is not gonna work and I shipped the machine for a repair. I was told the machine was damaged on arrival and I have to get UPS to pay for the fix. I was then charged for WARRANTY USAGE by Whole Latte Love(?!?!?!). After maybe 20 emails back and forth I decided to dispute the charge.

The service level was very bad, and the reps were evil (except for technical support - they were great). I would never use them, they managed to complicate a very simple transaction. I obviously told all my friends and clients to never use them as well.

Advice to other business owners: Own your mistakes, show sympathy, and understand that your end user barely has time to ship your damaged product back (huge inconvenience) let alone watch videos to repair a new machine himself. Very disappointed.

The espresso machine came broken

I reported the used machine I received instead of new. They claim they tested the machine.

4 days later the steamer doesnt work.

They want me to pay shipping and 5% restocking fees.

They advertise differently. I would have never got this .

Got shipment an was charged more then I should of?

I saw on the website 48.98 including freight an was charged 48.99 plus freight will be returning unless Im charger 24.99 including freight or I will call my credit card where it was charged??

Customer service hung up on me as they didn't want to hear that I want to return my product (before it was shipped out)

Restocking fees (5%) and rerouting fees (~$20) for unoppened items would still be charged

There is no room for order cancellation even if you call in within a few hours of making the purchase - they would tell you that shipment has already processed

I was sold on my credit card for more then I should of so call me at 201-410-**** or I will return what was delivered unless the price is reduced

I told you already I was charged 48.99 plus freight & should of been charges 24.99 including freight if not the package will be returned to you

I merely want to buy Gaggia descaler (sp?). I remain frustrated with the internet and the ways I'm expected to interface with it. This is a serious issue with me as I've encountered this sort of bull feathers whenever I try to business on the internet.

the light turns on but nothing else happens ... worked fine for the week I have had machine ...

tried replugging, refilling etc ... and only the on light works ..

Worst customer support ever. stay away form this company!!!!

It looks like just computers that send links are the support part of Whole Latte Love. Impossible to get anyone by phone.

They won't call you and you can't phone them. The responses from them for requests for support are like

from a computer and are general, inadequate or irrelevant.

I have tried contacting them a few times but no live person can be contacted for the repair of my espresso machine which I had bought from them

I had bought a ECM espresso machine from them. Couple of months later it stopped heating up though the pump seem to be working.

I contacted them at that time and they Asked me to contact the manufacturer and get me running around in circles. I have again tried to contact them recently to go ahead and pay for the shipping but get the machine repaired and I have still not heard back

Haha same here, my friend. Phones are always offline.

They must know their service is subpar and get a lot of complaints.

Won't brew

I have a Saeco O'dea Go. Last November I purchased a new brew group. I brewed a cup this morning and when I went to brew the second cup the descaling light and the dredge drawer indicator lights began flashing quickly alternating back and forth and did not brew a cup.
