Lousy customer service once they have your money and you have a complaint. The customer service number is fully automated so if you can't push a button to speak to someone you are disconnected.
Suggested I contact manufacturer for a new espresso coffee machine I had just received from them. I would have expected them to replace a defective machine not suggest I have it repaired.
Would not recommend buying anything from them, received no response to three emails when I wanted to return a product, but response were immediate when inquiring about purchasing products. I am still waiting.
